Hey, friends. It’s been way too long since we’ve had a little porch talk. Let’s catch up!
First and foremost, Pearce’s surgery was a success! Many of you reached out with helpful advice and more importantly, PRAYERS! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate that! He went in yesterday morning (very, very early!) for three procedures in hopes to clear up the sinus issues he’s been having for the past year. The team at Nassau Baptist (had to give my favorite hospital a shoutout!) took the best care of my man and we made the most of our overnight hospital stay with lots of visitors, movies on the laptop, and of course – room service! š Now all we have to do is rest and rest some more.
While trying to killĀ time at the hospital I spent a little (okay, a lot!) of time scrolling through Pinterest. Are we following each other? Let’s.Ā
My favorite mama blogger, Sarah Tucker shared her home tour over on Southern Weddings. Is it not the most gorgeousĀ colonial home ever?!
While we’re on the subject, this RV reno has me dreaming about selling #allthethings and hitting the road with the hubby. Ha!
Many of you have asked about progress on our new houseĀ – we have permits, already made lots of big design decisions and are currently waiting on construction to get started! The pre-start phase is the hardest for me because I so desperately want to see some/any sort of progress. Will keep y’all updated every step of the way! š ps. I need a hashtag to document all things relating to our new abode, any suggestions!?
Needed a new pair of gold sandals, hit up my go-to, snagged these puppies for UNDER $30! That’s what’s up.
Wondering what it takes to break into the “business” of blogging? This is a fab read.Ā
I’ve got some really fun pieces on their way from Beth Ladd Collections. SO excited to see these beauties in person!
What’s new with y’all?!Ā
