“Wow it looks like paint and squiggly art!” – AG when she saw her new playroom drapes installed! 😉 Exactly what I was going for!
I am obsessed with our playroom. It gets the best light in the house, has the comfiest window seat and sets the tone for lots of creative play! While I definitely wanted the space to be pretty I also wanted the girls to feel like it’s their own. AG loves art (and Millie might too but right now she’s just along for the ride!) so when I saw the brushstroke-esque drapes on Pepper’s instagram I new it needed to be the primary fabric in the space. I loved the pink colorway as well but ended up going the green route just in case a little boy joins the fam one day. Added bonus that it pairs perfectly with the playful fabric on our bench cushion!
The next time I need drapery or pillows I’m heading to the Pepper site first! The quality is amazing! With so many fabric and trim options it’s so easy to customize drapes for any room in the house. They even offer blackout lining so you can order for your nursery!
The ones you see pictured here are the hockney moss pinch pleat drapes (c/o)!! They’d be extra sweet with a moss green tassel trim from the new line of trims and tapes Pepper is offering.
We also accented the bed in two Pepper Home pillows in the same fabric! I purchased the insert from Pepper as well and can confirm that it’s chop-able! 😉
I paired the drapes with my favorite budget-friendly french return curtain rod!
I’m thrilled with how this space is coming together and can’t wait to share the other half of the room with you soon! 🙂
