What’s on my radar this week?
Leaning into all the classics this fall! I love a trend but fall and winter pieces I can wear year after year prove to be the smartest move! Stores downtown have started putting up their halloween decor, I’m already grabbing anything pumpkin flavored and there’s a *slight* change in the weather! Let’s go fall.
Shopping
This vase doubles as a place to corral spoons on the kitchen counter or a gorgeous vase for displaying those fall stems! I’m picky about my blue and white and this one passes the test. Under $100!
Speaking of blue and white, I’m eyeing these lamps for my back porch! Aren’t they pretty?! I’ll swap out the shades for more traditional pleated shades but first I have to find a console table to support them! Also love this one!!!!
Ballet flats are here to stay this season and these are a wardrobe staple in the camel color! I’ve purchased a lot from this brand over the years.
Sweaters are the answer to my “how will I dress the bump this winter” worries! This one is the perfect color and easy to dress up or down.
The dress that I’ll be wearing once a week until baby arrives. Cute with boots! Dress it up with a cape or scarf!
My favorite frames to pickup at homegoods are now on Amazon. You’re welcome! Love these for displaying memory verses and pretty black and white pics!
$12 statement earrings in the prettiest gold should also be on your radar!
Watching
Haven’t found anything worth watching since The Perfect Couple so I’m rewatching Gilmore Girls for the 343534543th time. Makes this southern girl want to plan a Vermont roadtrip! When I’m not watching Gilmore Girls I’m watching Homeworthy home tours on Youtube! So many good ones lately!
Reading
Re-reading (listening to!) Atomic Habits on Audible. If you’ve never read it, please do. It’s one of those books that will change your life and have you pausing to take notes every other sentence. Also just downloaded the new Alyssa Bethke Book, When Doing It All Is Undoing You and already love it! She’s such an authentic writer and I always connect to her sentiments.
Eating
We finally got an Aldi this week and I can’t wait to take my Bobby Approved grocery list down every aisle to see what I can score! I loved our Aldi before we moved and can’t tell y’all how excited I am to start saving some dollars on a few staples.
Celebrating
This week I’m celebrating a healthy checkin with my doctor after a few weeks that were a total doozy. Baby girl looks good and I’m doing my best to REST as much as possible until she’s ready to come. We popped over to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival and I (swallowed my pride and rode an electric scooter all day – no regrets!) can’t wait to share our faves! The trip made me even more excited for The Happiest Handbook 2.0 to launch this month! So many fun things happening and my gratitude list is overflowing!!!!!
