Millie turned ONE last month so of course we had to throw a berry sweet celebration! Our house was all packed up for the move so we booked the kiddie pool down the street. The perfect July party location! We partied quickly to avoid a storm, had to wait until the pool closed to the public at 6 pm (yep, right at our bedtime!), and I came in with the ultimate #partyfoul by sticking a big 3 on the cake instead of a 1…. but it was still a fun party! 😉
We kept everything simple with decor from around our house, a few Amazon finds, Fernandina Paper Co. printables for all of the paper goods and a trip to publix for all of the food! A local lady made the darling cookies and my Aunt Candice put together a beautiful balloon arch to jazz up the rec center pool! This was a huge help with the arch! Also, we bought a kit! Was not from scratch.
Goodness, I love throwing parties! Cannot wait for the next! 🙂
