Below I’m sharing a few pieces that caught my eye, my go-to’s and what I scooped up to wear home from the hospital this summer! I was lucky enough to pop into the Lake Pajamas store in Charleston last year to touch and feel a few of the different styles I had been eyeing online!
My all-time favorite Lake purchase has been the summer dress! It’s comfy enough to wear around the house (and even to sleep in!) but cute enough to wear around a resort, as a beach coverup or out to a casual summer lunch! This year I grabbed the dress in whisper (although I was hoping to score it in Verbana!) and I sized up to a M so it would be extra easy to throw on this summer after I have a baby!

My other LAKE all-time favorites are the classic Pima pajamas! I was gifted the Pima Shorts Set a few years back and they’re still my favorite PJ’s. Feels like buttah and so lightweight! I’ve been eyeing this cute Pima set but it wasn’t included in the sale. As a pregnant mama I was pleased to discover that Lake is now offering maternity options and this pima set made the cut! While shopping in CHS last year during the LAKE Children’s launch, I couldn’t resist this sweet set in the caravan color for Alba Grace. It’s included in the sale for just $36!
** Pima Sizing tip – size up! Even for kiddos! AG started wearing the 2t set around 12m. I size up in pima for myself as well because pima shrinks. To prevent shrinkage be extra careful about washing, lay flat to dry and size up from the start!
For my hospital bag I grabbed a summer dress in whisper and this darling ruffle dress in the heart print. I sized up to a M in both. Hoping to wear one of the options home from the hospital and in some of baby girl’s photos. Snagged the matching heart kids short set for AG as well. I can’t resist matching PJ’s! 🙂 Can’t believe I’ll have two little girls to match with soon!
