It’s so weird thinking about an easter where we won’t be going to church or spending the day with extended family! While this year’s easter will look a whole lot different than last year’s due to the coronavirus, we’re still going to worship, set the table, hide the plastic eggs, take a bunch of pictures and make the most of the day! Maybe this Easter will bring us even closer to Him! It’ll definitely be one to remember.
I adore the tablescape I put together last year but this year, with a wild toddler running around I wanted something that would appeal to her a bit more and I didn’t want to stress over anything breaking! I shopped for kid-friendly pieces like melamine plates and lots of festive bunnies! AG adores bunnies or “buddies” as she calls them. Many of these pieces are already on major sale!!! I also made sure that any ceramic pieces were inexpensive or something that could easily be placed on a high shelf or kitchen countertop, out of reach. Love the thought of bringing in more pastels and happy shades!
