This week I pulled together a “dream closet” scheme using elements from Arhaus’ fabulous selection of home decor and furniture. I’d say it turned out pretty cute! I’m a big believer in a dream closet feeling like a fancy department store dressing room. I love the closed storage concept to hide items that you don’t necessarily want to stare at every morning, and a bit of open space for hanging clothes and displaying your prettiest pairs of shoes! And a little bling with the chandelier?! Yes, please! Check out some of their hanging lights here. This design is a bit edgier than what I typically pull together for clients or for myself, but it’s been fun to think outside the box! It’s here! The Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale starts August 28th! Mark your calendar’s for three days of AMAZING sale prices! A few things you need to know about the #AfterPartySale:
- You’ll be placed in a virtual line. Once you get to the LillyPulitzer.com website you’ll be placed in a virtual line. You may be number 38,000 in line (which can be SUPER intimidating) but no worries, friends. Eventually you’ll get access to the best Lilly sale of the year and you can shop all of the fab deals without fear that the site will crash on you.
- Sale prices vary. Prints, colors, and availability factor into the sale prices. Prices are clearly marked but it’s best to check the print, color, and size to verify the sale price prior to checking out.
- Items in your cart are not reserved. Everything in your cart is basically “open to the public” until to you officially check out. I repeat, items are only yours when you COMPLETE the checkout process. So move fast, friends!
- After checkout it’s back to the end of the line. Try your hardest to get everything you want the first time through so that you don’t have to worry about hot items selling out!

Holy guamcamole. This coffee has changed my life. Pearce picked a couple of the La Colombe Latte’s up at Publix before church last week and I’ve been dreaming about them ever since. Actually better than Starbucks, y’all. You can quote me on that one! You can purchase an 8 pack on Amazon, here.

I can’t for the life of me finalize details for the Porch Swing we’re having built. It’s been go-time for a few weeks but the details are making me nervous! Definitely decided on the size (twin bed size!), color (black), and the hanging mechanism (rope!) but the upholstery details and wood design have me stumped. Love this swing on Look Linger Love’s front porch! Would y’all go a little more detailed (maybe an x detail on the sides?) or keep it simple? HELP!
