Anyone else craving a fruity summer cocktail despite the fact that it’s February?! No worries, I’ve got you covered! Today’s concoction is a refreshing mixture of a few of my favorite things. It’s the perfect recipe to whip up for Valentine’s day, girl’s night, or a summer soirée!
What you’ll need:
- 1 Part (or 1 cup) Limoncello Liqueur. (I used a pink Limoncello for the color, since it’s Valentine’s Day and all…)
- 3 Parts (or 3 cups) Prosecco
- 6 Sprigs of Organic Mint
- 1 Cup Frozen Rasberries
Step One: First things first, mix your prosecco (3 cups) and your Limoncello (1 cup) in a large pitcher or decanter. **Make sure your prosecco & Limoncello are chilled before doing so!** Whisk (don’t stir!) the two together to keep the bubbles moving.
Step Two: Toss a few sprigs of mint into your pitcher/decanter. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Step Three: Once you’ve properly chilled your tasty concoction, garnish with 2-3 rasberries and a sprig of fresh mint! Now you’re ready for the taste test!
