Y’all. The thought of dangling from a helicopter absolutely terrifies me. Anyone else?! That’s one of the reasons I admire photographer, Chloe Masco so darn much. This gal doesn’t just hang from planes, but she creates gorgeous art while doing so. Talk about a conversation piece. Chloe travels the world hunting for the perfect shot to add to her collection.
I loved this excerpt from Chloe’s website, “she is heavily influenced by the playfulness of the beach-goer lifestyle. To her, there is nothing more visually satisfying than the interaction of vacationers and their umbrellas along the shoreline.” Embracing the charm of the coast and vacation lifestyle was one of my major design inspirations in our new home. So naturally I was thrilled when Chloe sent over two of her brilliant pieces for our guest room. I’ll be sharing the full guest room tour soon but I just couldn’t wait to introduce you all to Claudia Chloe.
We chose two pieces for the guest room, Blue Umbrellas (shown above) and Boat Party (shown below). Both pieces are from Chloe’s Miami Collection. I thought they complimented each other well, so we decided to hang them on each side of the bed above the nightstands. Aren’t they fun?! I love how they pop against the light gray walls.
^^ Boat Party grabbed my attention immediately. Those blues are so dreamy!
