I love having a few easy appetizer recipes under my belt for parties and everyday entertaining! For my bestie’s baby shower last month I whipped up the yummiest brie appetizer that involved baked apples and candied pecans! It was delish y’all.

Here’s what you need:
- 1 can of crescent rolls, I used Pillsbury!
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large round of brie cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Crackers to serve the dish with.
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Unroll dough and lay flat in baking dish. I chose to use a glass baking dish instead of a baking sheet so I could serve right out of it.
- Scrape off the top layer of brie and place the entire wheel in the center of the dough.
- Arrange apple slices on top of brie and cover with brown sugar.
- Starting with the four corners, cover the entire brie wheel with dough. Seal completely. Using a brush, glaze the dough wrap with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with crackers or apple slices!

love y’all! mckenzie
