A few weeks ago I graduated college (#HOORAY) so my sweet family and I threw together a celebration in honor of the occasion. I wanted to say “thank you” to everyone who helped me through such a busy/wild/exciting season (especially my Mr!) and my family wanted to celebrate my big accomplishment. We had a blast pulling together details, catching up over games of cornhole, and watching my niece run round showing off her little personality!
In addition to the time spent with family and friends (a ton of them!) I also got to work with a few of my favorite Etsy shops on this project. I have a huge heart for the little shops that make Etsy what it is. If you’re not familiar with the community, you should definitely check it out. I’ve had my own design shop on Etsy for some time now. I’ve tagged the shops I worked with, below, as well as any other sources. There’s also a “shop this post” link to make finding them even easier!
Of course the food was my favorite part! We kept the drinks simple, offering Sanpellegrino, lemonade, and sweet tea. Family members brought appetizers to snack on (including the tastiest She Crab Soup on earth – thanks Nana!) while my grandpa cooked the Low Country Boil out back. My grandparents live on the 18th hole of a golf course so it’s always fun to entertain on the back deck and wave at the golfers as they finish up.We wanted to combine a few of my favorite things – monograms, southern decor, seersucker, and pineapples. We decided to “mix metals” by throwing in a few silver pieces and incorporating gold wherever we could.
Balloon Bouquet //Hooray Y’all Custom Koozies // Hooray Coasters // Hooray Balloon // Seersucker Table Cloths (I actually made these myself for about $40 using Hobby Lobby fabric & my trusty hot glue gun!) // Monogram Stadium Cups // Gold Dot Coasters // Anchor Napkins (I had these lying around the house) // Hooray Glitter Banner // Cupcakes (Publix! They made these bad boys the day of the event and they were a hit!) // Yay & Hooray Flags // Monogrammed Mint Julep Cups // Large Wooden Monogram (so fun to have everyone sign or hang on the front door at a grad party) // Gold Confetti // Gold Pineapples (these are actually real pineapples that my sister spray painted for us!) // Seersucker Dress

Thanks so much to my family and friends for everything you do for me on the daily! And a special thank you to each of the Etsy shops who helped make this day so special!
