HOORAY! Last Saturday I joined the college grad club, sooo… I’m currently hanging out on cloud nine. It hasn’t been the easiest 3.5 years but I made it to the end and finally walked across the stage to receive that really expensive piece of paper. I’m so thankful for everyone who supported me in all of my crazy endeavors these past few years. Y’all, fourteen of my family members drove all the way to Lakeland for grad day and then over 30 people helped us celebrate at my gradation party the next day. It was the sweetest thing ever!
I remember moving into my dorm Freshman year with the highest of hopes and a Lilly Pulitzer tote full of determination. I met some of the most amazing people who later became my best friends and bridesmaids. I learned a heck of a lot about myself. I also discovered Blueberry Redbull then successfully overcame my addiction. Little did I know I’d transfer schools, land my dream job, change my major, start W & G, and marry my best friend before rocking the cap & gown.
No more thesis writing, cramming for exams, or eating chocolate croissants for dinner. Okay, that last part wasn’t so bad! 🙂 I’m so excited to focus more of my attention after work on my sweet hubs, our amazing friends, and Winsome & Gold!
