Home Tour: Back Patio Refresh

outfit: top // skirt

Another project is complete! I love the entire process of decorating a space – the dreaming phase, the shopping phase but most of all the styling/enjoying phase! It takes time (in this case YEARS!) but eventually it all comes together and you get to walk by and smile at what you’ve created. It brings me a lot of joy creating a HOME to share with my people.

We finished in the Spring and have since loved hosting friends, family and neighbors in this space! Looking forward to Fall evenings out here… when it’s not 90 degrees! 🙂

A very sweet friend of mine gifted me the console after finding it in her grandmother’s garage! I styled it with things we already had around the house and a few items I discovered hidden in our cabinets.

The African mudcloth is my favorite! I purchased it at our local Shrimp Festival a couple of years ago from the coolest artisan. Thought about turning it into a pillow but I’m glad it ended up here instead!

I always get asked about these lanterns when I post snaps of the patio. They’re truly FANTASTIC! I had a Pier 1 gift card to use and stumbled upon them during an outdoor sale event. Love the whitewashed finish. Also love that they’re LED so you don’t have to worry about lighting the candles!

The rug was gifted to us from Fab Habitat! I wanted to bring some warmth and texture outside, this rug was the perfect way to do that! Fab Habitat has lots of sustainable rug options at attainable price points. I heard a rumor that if you sign up for their newsletter you’ll get 5% off! 😉

Anything else that’s not linked below was likely purchased at a local antique store, Homegoods, or on Facebook marketplace!
